TRI-WEAPON CUP

Overview

The Tri-Weapon Cup is an all weapon team event. Entrants vary from cadets, Juniors, Seniors and Vets. All abilities ranging from relatively new fencers to Scottish and GBR squad members, so an excellent foray for younger fencers to compete against older fencers.

Each team MUST have three members comprising a Foilist, an Epeeist and a Sabreur. Teams can be mixed gender.

The winning team receives the famous TRI-Weapon Cup, there are also medals for the top three teams. The team that comes last receives the wooden spoon. There's also prizes for the best team name.

One of the most enjoyable events of the season, if you've never competed in a team event, this is a great taster.

So grab a foilist a sabreur and an epeeist and enter.

Previous Tri-Weapon Cup champions can be found on our results page

Format

There will be a round of poules and then DEs. The teams knocked out in the DEs will compete in a secondary poule unique, so lots of fencing win or lose.
