The Tri-Weapon Cup is an all weapon team event. Entrants vary from cadets, Juniors, Seniors and Vets. All abilities ranging from relatively new fencers to Scottish and GBR squad members, so an excellent foray for younger fencers to compete against older fencers.
Each team MUST have three members comprising a Foilist, an Epeeist and a Sabreur. Teams can be mixed gender.
The winning team receives the famous TRI-Weapon Cup, there are also medals for the top three teams. The team that comes last receives the wooden spoon. There's also prizes for the best team name.

Sport80 does not allow team members to pay individually. So one team member is responsible for paying the full entry fee.
To add athletes to your team you will need their British Fencing membership number and date of birth.
To add yourself and other athletes to the team you should see “manage entry” when you search for the entry in sports80, or it will be sitting in checkout depending on how far you got.
They will then be added to the team.
If you want to enter but don't have a team, still enter via Sport80 and we'll endeavour to match participants to teams (subject to number of entrants)
Please contact us in advance if you are experiencing financial difficulties, and feel the entry fee may be a barrier to participating as we have a limited number of 100% discounted entries.
Please ensure you have the correct working kit.
The referees will check that the fencer is wearing the correct equipment at the start of the poules.
They will be checking that the correct plastron rating is being used, checking for loose helmets, checking that long socks are being worn with no bare skin, checking for 800N plastron, checking for holes in glove, checking FIE stamped glove for sabre, checking lame bib and bib wire is being used for foil.
